N°01 — A calm beginning

Getting started doesn’t need to feel complicated.

You don’t need to have everything organised before you reach out. You don’t need to know all the answers. You don’t even need to know exactly what you need.

That’s what I’m here for.

N°02 — It starts with a conversation

We’ll take the time to talk about you.

Not just your NDIS plan, but your life. What’s working, what’s feeling difficult, and what you’d like life to look like.

This is your opportunity to tell your story, ask questions, and feel heard.

N°03 — Together, we’ll make a plan

Once I understand what’s important to you, we’ll decide what comes next.

That might mean connecting you with the right therapists, finding support workers, preparing for a plan review, working alongside your existing providers, or simply helping everything feel a little less overwhelming.

Every plan is different because every person is different.

N°04 — A relationship that grows with you

Support Coordination isn’t about pointing you in the right direction and leaving you to figure out the rest.

I’ll stay alongside you as things change, problems arise, goals evolve, and new challenges appear. And when life begins to feel a little lighter, I’ll be there to celebrate every milestone and every small win with you, because those moments matter too.

As your life changes, your support should change with it. I’ll be there to help you navigate whatever comes next.

N°05 — You’re never expected to do it alone

You won’t be handed a list of providers and left to figure everything out yourself.

i
I’ll make the phone calls.
ii
I’ll follow things up.
iii
I’ll liaise with providers.
iv
I’ll help coordinate appointments.
v
I’ll communicate with your team.

And take care of as much of the behind-the-scenes work as I can.

So you can spend less time navigating the system, and more time living your life.

Ready to begin?

Whether you already know what support you need, or you’re simply looking for someone to help you find your way, I’d love to hear your story.
