Questions You Might Be Asking
-
Absolutely.
You don’t need to understand the NDIS or know exactly what you need. Tell me what’s been weighing on you, and we’ll work out the next step together.
-
When life already feels overwhelming, managing providers, appointments, funding and plan reviews can become another burden to carry.
I’ll help lighten that load—finding the right supports, coordinating your team, following things up and preparing for reviews. I’ll stay involved and keep you informed, so you’re not left holding everything together alone.
-
Arbor House supports children, adolescents and adults living with disability, together with their families, carers and other important people in their lives.
Whether you’re new to the NDIS or have been navigating it for years, you’ll be met with patience, understanding and practical support.
-
Not necessarily. Funding arrangements can vary, and it isn’t always obvious what your plan allows.
If you’re unsure, reach out. I can look through your plan, explain your options in plain English and help you work out the best way forward.
-
Absolutely. Finding the right people is one of the most important parts of what I do.
I won’t simply hand you a generic list. I’ll understand what you need, research suitable providers, speak with them and help you find people whose experience, personality and approach feel right for you.
The right fit can change everything—and I’m very good at finding it.
-
That’s completely okay. You have the right to choose who supports you—and to change if the relationship no longer feels right.
Perhaps calls aren’t being returned, follow-up isn’t happening, or you simply want someone more present and involved. You can speak with me privately before making any decision, with no obligation.
If you choose Arbor House, I’ll guide you through the transition so you’re not left managing the change alone.
-
Yes. When you contact Arbor House, you’ll speak directly with me—not a receptionist, call centre or different person each time.
I’ll be your consistent point of contact, return every call and message, and remember the details—so you won’t have to keep explaining your situation or wonder who is handling things.
I keep my caseload intentionally small so I can provide the reliable, personal support you deserve.
-
Absolutely. You’re welcome to contact me with questions, even if you’re unsure whether you need Support Coordination or aren’t ready to begin.
There’s no pressure or obligation. I’ll listen, explain how I may be able to help and be honest if someone else is better placed to support you.
Still have a question?
If there’s something you haven’t found the answer to, I’d love to hear from you.
